Licensed business · sample review
Review available samples against a defined commercial specification.
Available physical-product samples are enabled SKU by SKU in the ONTCSA catalog. Review the product record and add a sample only where that SKU is marked available.
Custom blend samples are reserved for clients with a purchased Custom Blend Service or an included package entitlement. Standard samples are never requested through this page; shop the storefront to see which products offer them.

Commercial sample brief
Set the commercial question before a sample is released.
State the product decision the sample must support: blend and format fit, packaging direction, licensed-market requirements, quality evaluation, or quote readiness.
Buyer account and commercial role
Identify the licensed business account, buyer role, destination market, and the commercial program being evaluated.
Product and pack specification
Provide product family, dimensions, leaf or flavor direction, packaging concept, target volume, and the quality criteria to be reviewed.
Destination-market review
Confirm the licensed business destination market so Sales can assess sample availability, labeling, shipment method, documentation, and commercial constraints.
Structured evaluation notes
Record observations against the requested specification: aroma or flavor, texture, draw or airflow, moisture, appearance, pack presentation, intended buyer, and commercial fit.
Retain and approval reference
An approved sample can anchor retain-sample handling, specification sign-off, quote review, production release notes, and repeat-order expectations.
Fulfillment brief
Prepare the sample brief before fulfillment.
The sample brief should identify the SKU or product family, requested specification, licensed destination market, packaging direction, evaluation criteria, and the decision that follows review.
ONTCSA reviews the requested program information; the buyer remains responsible for its licensed-market requirements and commercial decisions.
Standard samples: shop the storefront. Product pages show the Add sample to cart option only when that exact product has sample availability enabled.
Custom blend samples: this option is reserved for clients whose account has a purchased Custom Blend Service or package entitlement. It is not a public sample-request form.

Specification review record
Record feedback against the sample specification.
Tie each observation to the requested product specification and intended commercial decision so Sales, Quality, and Production can determine the next action.
Approval-record handoff
Carry an approved sample into release records.
After approval, connect the sample to the specification record, packaging artwork, quality documentation, retain-sample reference, quote scope, and production timing.

Commercial review routing
Route the completed sample review.
Select the next operational path: buyer-account review, quote preparation, quality-record review, a revised sample, or production planning.
Buyer account review
Confirm the licensed business account, buyer role, destination market, and program ownership.
QUOTESubmit quote scope

Release-record checkpoint
